Maureen McCloskey, MSPT Maureen has been a Physical Therapist for many years, but she started her journey as a myofascial release therapist as a patient. She is an avid athlete and an example of passion, discipline and commitment for us all, inspiring her patients to reach beyond themselves, and out of their comfort zones to achieve their goals. She writes: “I sought WPT out as a physical therapist wanting to learn how to help people heal better and faster. As a patient after many pelvic surgeries, I had already walked a tortuous trail. Being treated by skilled myofascial release therapists has been the missing link in my own healing. I love taking John F. Barnes Myofascial Release courses and have worked side-by-side with John at his Therapy on the Rocks Treatment Center in Sedona, AZ. I graduated Mercy College, NY (honors) in 1999, with a Masters in Science
Degree in Physical Therapy. I have worked with people of all abilities
